[Owasp_project_leader_list] Google Summer of Code: Submissions Update

Definitely!
Now that we have a community manager, I hope we can get much more involvement next year.

Also Kostas, I think there were at least a few proposals that were not matching any of our proposed projects (they were new ideas). Do you have stats on those?
