[OWASP-wiki-editors] Tagging inactive projects

Hi, Johanna.

I am working on tagging the 100 most popular pages, and came across an
inactive project in there, the Java project:

https://www.owasp.org/index.php?title=Category:OWASP_Java_Project

It is already tagged as inactive, but I was wondering if I should also tag
it as out of date, or at least FixMe. We are using these tag templates:

https://www.owasp.org/index.php/Template:TaggedDocument

Thoughts welcome.
