[Owasp-website] Mediwiki Template

Was checking out the mediawiki website today... and i found even there
website recently changed to better serve visitors, customers, contributors
and interested parties..

http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki <--- wow easier navigation, three
choices for the visitor depending on the type of visitor and simplified

Now i would still add some additional eye candy on the left side navigation
and no banner advertising the main page of the website.... but this would
be a good model to quickly facelift OWASP.

For those that like banner ads, we could have (2) one that runs on chapters
150+ chapters pages worldwide and a banner instance that runs across
projects 150+ pages hence (2) different types of rotational banners = 2x
the revenue from banner ads and not on the main page of OWASP.

On the main page of OWASP we call out industry supporters first, then
university and then industry service providers hence pushing the users of
the information to the top. Supporting companies are still recognized and
even highlighted on the projects sponsored by area on the projects in
addition to the logos on the main page bottom.

If we cycled and used a new template:
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Gallery_of_user_styles we could
quickly realize a graphical update that is long overdue to stay fresh and
appealing to the visitor. (lips stick on a pig makes a pretty pig). The
owasp-website project (that has approved and unused budget BTW) seemed to
have stalled again so instead of boiling the ocean this is SIMPLE, clean
and fast and lets give her a new coat of paint.
