Subject: [Owasp-webcert] Update on OWASP Web Cert Project

I seem to start more personal email with the phrase "I am sorry I haven't
been in touch" than I care to recall. My new job is starting to settle down
but sadly I had to prioritize and the OWASP Web Cert project took a back
seat for the last two months. 

I am as committed to this project as ever so this weekend I partnered with
Andre Gironda to complete the draft this week. We spent a few hours on the
phone and will be sending out drafts at various stages this week.
