[Owasp-wapiti-project] OWASP Wapiti Project - Health Check

Hello Project Leader:

We have recently have done a Health Check on your project accordance
with Project
Process <https://www.owasp.org/index.php/Category:OWASP_Project_Process> work
flow.

We have the following findings: Last Update done on November 2013, no
recent releases and has very low activity.

the OWASP Project Inventory and marked as in-active.

budget amount to help you and your project continue its OWASP activities.
