Here is the agenda for our October meeting.
Please pass this on, especially to folks that would like to "give back" by
writing some new CISSP Exam items on Application Security.

6:00pm - Food, Introduction and optional sign-in for CISSP credits.

7:55pm - Web Auditing (ISACA) and Web Services(ARCTEC) training report

Application Centric Identity management - What does this mean?
We will talk about how applications (especially externally facing web
applications) need to be identity aware. What are the options, how
technology is solving this issue.
CISSP Exam Item Writing:
The CISSP certification is shaping our field. The CISSP exam is painfully in
need of some fresh questions on application security. We'll form groups to
discuss and write exam items for the CISSP exam. We'll have the guidelines
and a stack of reference books available.
Bob Sullivan: CISSP since 2002, OWASP Chapter Leader, WebGoat contributor
and gainfully employed by UnitedHealth Technologies (Informatio Risk
Ray Kaplan: (hopes to be on hand) to provide CISSP exam background,
guidelines and insight. Ray is a CISSP and has taught the official ISC2
CISSP Reivew class.
We will have a drawing for a publisher's copy of the book Web Services

Services Security class. They will give you a brief report.
