[Owasp-topten] Top Ten now in print ;-)

Hey, the Top Ten is in print too!  I just picked up Apache Tomcat Security Handbook (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1861008309/qid=1066005590/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_1/102-0702204-3276967?v=glance&s=books&n=507846).

On pages 2-3 of Chapter 1, the summary table from the top ten is reproduced and several references to OWASP and webappsec are made.  Probably they should have included our copyright notice, but they definitely gave attribution.  The rest of the book is focused on #10 "Web and Application Server Misconfiguration"
