Top Ten linksThe pdf was generated from word using pdf995. If anyone has a better tool for creating pdf's, let me know. Another problem is that you can't cut and paste text from the document. Sort of nice security feature though ;-)

  There are a number of links in the Top Ten document.  However, clicking on these links doesn't work. 

  In addition, it appears that the PDF was generated as graphics, not embedded text.  As a result, you can't select and copy and paste the links into your browser address bar.  (It also slows down the speed at which the document renders).
