[OWASP-TESTING] Update

Hi everyone just a quick hello.
As Dan mentioned ,my name is Eoin Keary. I am based in Ireland and am the 
chapter lead and founder of the Irish Chapter.
If anyone has any suggestions on the project please feel free to drop me a 
line.
I shall also be in Belgium in May if anyone wants to discuss the Testing 
project over a beer :)
