[Owasp-testing] OWASP Testing Final Push

Hi James,
You can edit if its not too big of a change (Not a rewrite or restructure).
And also add to the review panel page the issues found.

Otherwise if the change is large in your opinion just add to the review
panel page and Metteo or I shall take a look at your comments.
