[Owasp-sydney] New Sydney Chapter Co-Leaders

Hi All,

I'd like everyone to welcome long time OWASP supporters Paul Theriault  
and John Paul Lonie as they have volunteered as co-leaders to provide  
much needed assistance in helping the Sydney chapter find and Speakers  
and run meetings.

I am hoping there energy and there positive attitudes will breathe  
life into the OWASP Sydney Chapter and ensure we have some quality  
meetings with a diverse audience going forward!
