[Owasp-southafrica] Owasp-southafrica Digest, Vol 8, Issue 1

Oh Yes - I think there is a great need for a OWASP South African chapter.
With little information about the chapter at - hand I think there a need to
resuscitate the chapter and possibly advise it through other information
security forums in an effort to canvas for more members.
