Good day Everyone,

In an attempt to help raise our local OWASP chapter awareness and generate
interest in a time that¹s incredibly stressful with the current economic
climate, I¹m appealing to those with security related blogs and media
contacts. I¹m attempting to put together a media release on current issues,
concerns, hacks, attacks etc.

Those of you that are from security related vendor houses, what are your
customers and clients asking you?
What is your number one seller in terms of addressing current public
concerns in South Africa.
Product or service related, any and all feedback is welcome.

Please remember though, the release itself will remain vendor & product
neutral.
This does not however exclude those of you that are subscribed in a vendor
capacity.
³Presentations that focus on a problem or set of problems and discuss
solution approaches that may refer to or show examples of various products
are allowed²

In turn, I hope we will be able to generate enough feedback that I can look
at obtaining speakers on the specific topics.

Also, those of you that have extra time or would like to help by updating
the local OWASP chapter homepage, please drop me a mail.

Regards,

Lindsay van Eden
OWASP SA Chapter Leader.
