[Owasp-riyadh] chapter activity

Hello group!

I have noticed that there has been no activity on the wiki page in quite
some time.  Is this chapter still active?  I have tried to contact the
chapter leader, but have not gotten any response. 

If you have any information, please let me know.  We are considering
starting a new chapter in Saudi Arabia, but don't want to duplicate efforts.
