[OWASP-Raleigh, NC] Membership drive and thoughts

Good questions.  Since we are technically the North Carolina chapter  
we can invite people in from all over. At one point we were planning  
an owasp nc event it just got side tracked.

I agree though that we should mix up the content so we can appeal to a  
broader base.
