[Owasp-Pune] Developer opportunity for SDLC leadership role

I came across a requirement for Product Security engineer position. The 
candidate should be a developer, and with hands-on experience of 
implementing secure development life cycle (SDLC). Experience of 5-7 
years with 1-2 years in secure development. This is in Chennai or
