Hello,

  hmm, you're right.  I can't find anything either.  The best I can come
up with is
http://www.owasp.org/index.php/The_Strengths_of_Combining_Code_Review_with_Application_Penetration_Testing,
but there's no PPT there.  Dave said he'd be happy to share his slides
with the group so I'll e-mail him and ask if he'd mind forwarding them
along.
