[Owasp-o2-platform] O2 in GitHub, under .Net 4.0 and VisualStudio Addin

Hi, I just pushed to GitHub an updated version of O2 which now runs under
.NET 4.0

There are three key repositories:

   - https://github.com/o2platform/O2_Platform
   - https://github.com/o2platform/O2_FluentSharp
   - https://github.com/o2platform/O2_Platform_ReferencedAssemblies

There are some interdependencies, so when creating local clones, put them
side-by-side

Included in the  https://github.com/o2platform/O2_Platform repository is
the VisualStudio AddIn project:
https://github.com/o2platform/O2_Platform/tree/master/O2.VisualStudio.AddIn

Locally this plug in is working ok. It adds a top level menu called 'O2
Platfomr' with 3 menu items: *O2 Log Viewer, O2 Script Gui  *and *O2 Script
- with Panel. *Note that with this O2 AddIn , it is possible to have
(almost) full control over Visual Studio (i.e. you can dynamically
manipulate visual studio from visual Studio :)  )

If you want to try the Visual Studio AddIn, the easiest way is to open/run
this solution file:
https://github.com/o2platform/O2_Platform/blob/master/VisualStudio%20Solution%20Files/O2.VisualStudio.AddIn.sln
