[Owasp-o2-platform] 3 Announcements we've done today at the OWASP AppSec EU Conference

We just made these 3 announcements at the Conference here in Sweden:

   - new attempt at figuring out the OWASP Commercial Services model
   - new model for creating a Source of Financial Funding for OWASP Projects
   and
   - the launch of the OWASP O2 Platform project (with a v1.0 Beta version
   available)

each of the 3 topics.

Note, that both Commercial Services and Source of Financial Funding  for
OWASP Projects are *experiments,* where we are trying to figure a model that
works for OWASP and its community
