[Owasp-modsecurity-core-rule-set] Input filter: failed to create temporary file

Hi again,

i'm not sure about this actions solves your problem, but I would follow 
creating the /tmp/httpd directory and change the owner/grp for the httpd 
user/grp.

If this doesn't work i would edit the config for this rule, changing the 
default path for the tmp files.

and the umask value?

There is no such file, and in fact, no http directory in /tmp.  /tmp
itself is drwxrwxrwt, which is standard AFAIK.
