Greetings from IMPACT.



We are pleased to announce that IMPACT will be co-hosting The 9th Annual
Policing Cyberspace International Summit 2011 on February 21st to 24th,
2011. Themed  "Implications of Evolving Technologies Upon Cybercrime:
Collaborating to Develop Action Plans Within a Global Context", the summit
is organised by POLCYB in co-operation with Council of Europe (CoE) brings
you prominent, international practitioners from criminal justice and
corporate security sectors. They will provide dynamic and thought provoking
presentation based on real time experience. This includes interactive panel
discussion based on case studies and success stories involving international
collaboration, as well as inter-jurisdictional challenge.



The Summit includes frontline professionals representing criminal justice
government agencies, industry, and academic institutions. We are
anticipating approximately 100 to 120 international participations from
various countries including Thailand, Japan, South Korea, People's Republic
of China, other Asia Pacific countries, Australia, United States of America,
Canada, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, South Africa, France, Norway
and from other European regions.



The main objectives of the Annual POLCYB International Summit are :



.         To enhance international networking and managing strategic
alliances to prevent and combat cybercrime;

.         To promote international policy and legislative discussions on
emerging trends and challenges in cybercrime; and

.         To discuss international best practices in the regulation of
cybercrime.
