[Owasp-leaders] [Owasp-community] Quitting from the OWASP-Board

Richard,

>From conversations I have had with the board, the partial term will not
count against Martin's ability to run for two elected terms on the board
since he was appointed to fill a vacancy.  When the the term he was
appointed to is done, he can still be elected 2 more times in 10 years per
the current Bylaws.
