[Owasp-leaders] Mozilla speaks up. Should OWASP?

If I may drop an opinion, each OWASP *US* Chapter should be free to speak
out, if the chapter's leadership so vote/decide/etc it. And OWASP should
not need to declare that chapters are free to speak up, I think.
