[Owasp-leaders] Guidelines regarding chapter progression

Greetings to all Chapter leaders around the world,

This is Shahmeer Amir, the newly appointed Chapter leader for Pakistan 
by OWASP. First of all i would like to thank you all for making me a 
part of this amazing community. The purpose of me writing this email to 
you is to seek guidance in strategics about leading the chapters. I have 
now started opening chapters in universities all across Pakistan and 
selecting chapter leaders in the cities as well. I am also looking to 
hold meetups every month in major to spread awareness regarding OWASP. I 
would like your input and suggestions regarding this matter
