Hi folks,

If you are receiving threatening e-mails demanding payment from your
project with an OWASP.doc in them, this document is infected. The demand is
for a sizeable sum of money, so I expect only projects with larger balances
will receive this demand.

A) We will be strictly enforcing expense claims processes in the next
little while to counteract this scourge. If you need to know how to process
expense claims. Every single expense claim will be vetted before payment,
even down to $0.01.

B) Do not open attachments in unexpected expense or invoice demands at all.
These are invariably phishing fraud.

C) Please check your mail for a sender of mkawchak at verizon.net. If you have
such a mail, do not open it, contact Matt Tesauro who will gather it for
our potentially reporting it to law enforcement.

If you have any queries, please mail me offline.

Andrew
