[Owasp-leaders] Regarding Wiki content - follow up - clean-up action plans

Why two efforts? The board voted to continue moving forward with the web refresh project. Both Tiffany and Matt have been directed to work on that effort. Let's unify and work together and not break this into competing plans. Larry Conklin
