[Owasp-leaders] Hiring a technical author

I agree with you 1000%, Tim.

I am trying to encourage OWASP to hire someone full time to own the wiki 
from a technical and editorial point of view. We do not even have the 
wiki community editorial features turned on, which is one of the main 
benefits of a real wiki...
