Hi,

We plan to do a SAMM v2 Summit in New York for 2 days in April.

This will be a 2 day "sprint style" workshop on SAMM 2 discussions and
content creation.

We propose 4 options:

   1. Tuesday-Wednesday April 19-20
   2. Wednesday-Thursday April 20-21
   3. Tuesday-Wednesday April 26-27
   4. Wednesday-Thursday 27-28
