The Appsec Quick start guide is licensed under Creative Commons and should most certainly be on this list. In fact, I am afraid this list only speaks to the technical aspects of securing applications even though we all agree that people and process are critical in our mission.

I would be interested in taking over the effort, if even just for some period of time to help build the process training material. Nothing is more vendor neutral than the HPE and it is by far the most lacking element of skill development material available.

Hey folks,

Kevin Wall just donated some very solid training material on 
cryptography today. Check out the top of

Thanks to Eoin Keary, Josh Sokol, Dan Cornell and other folks who have 
contributed free training material to the OWASP community.

If you have existing Creative Commons AppSec training material or spot 
existing OWASP presentation material that could be re-purposed for 
AppSec training, drop me a line. As more content comes in, I'll work to 
organize https://www.owasp.org/index.php/Education/Free_Training in a 
better way.

If anyone is interesting in taking this effort over - I'm happy to pass 
this off to another OWASP leader.
