[Owasp-leaders] Speakers at Appsec conferences

BTW, OWASP Austin donated $10,000 back to the Foundation from it's chapter
account earlier this year.  Unfortunately, I think this money kinda
disappeared into the OWASP Foundation budgetary abyss rather than getting
used for something like this.  Kinda disappointing.
