[Owasp-leaders] pycon CFP - outreach opportunity

Matt,

I would strongly encourage you to go ahead and build the page. We could
make it self-maintained.. Anyone who is delivering a talk at a conference
just put up their name there.

You could use the model proposed by Simon as a template.
