[Owasp-leaders] pycon CFP - outreach opportunity

What other conferences can we target?

I think we've seen Java One (Manico, Keary), SpringOne (Winch), RubyConf
(Smith), RailsConf (Bedra, Collins, etc. .. ), PyCon, Node (Adam Baldwin),
Clojure (Bedra) etc. maybe we should keep track of these?  It would be cool
to have a technology stack tuned way to get to AppSec presentations and
experts...  then we can start to build communities around these ...

I've had good success with smaller local dev meetups too.  Seems like
something we could suggest doing at a chapter level, maybe making stories
out of the different approaches people take and distilling out which things
seem to work.
