+1 Really wise, Tom.

Some suggestions

1) Show up early for meetings
2) Signage
3) Welcome folks
4) Update folks on what is happening at OWASP (The monthly connector
is super helpful here)
5) Focus on educational talks, not hacking toaster talks
6) Hold regular meetings
7) Have several chapters leaders who share the work load
