[Owasp-leaders] [Owasp-board] Project money

I like the idea and agree with Michael.

#1 would be faster and more effective, especially as our staff is quite
busy at this moment.
#2 might be needed if you are driving for more automated reporting of
spending.

Please advise how you like to proceed?
