[Owasp-leaders] Chapter Mail list issue

I've been having trouble access a chapter mailing lists since Monday,
and haven't been able to get a response.
The web site says to contact  owasp at lists.owasp.org  but that email
bounces as well.

The error I get is

554 5.0.0 Service unavailable


Is there someone that could help?
