[Owasp-leaders] RSA conditions on training

here is my opinion on these requests:

1. Stop talks: unless there is an exclusivity clause in the current
agreement, OWASP is free to talk to anyone we wish.

2. Apology: This should be a personal decision. My personal take would be
to correct the tweet to better reflect the actual discussion and decisions
going on.
