I suggest if OWASP has a legal council to best inquire with them as a preemptive measure against accusations on slandering, or anything else RSAC may conjure up.

My personal opinion is that RSA should not complain about OWASP people's personal freedom of speech, and that they cannot hold it as a hostage condition for the training.
It is also very wrong to ask an organization that has "open" in its name to not present training at competing avenues such as BSides.
I say RSA is shooting itself in the foot, even more reasons to drop'em.

RSA require us to stop talks with BsidesSF on relation to setting something up with them and also I need to issue an public apology to them over twitter regarding my tweet:"@EoinKeary: @owasp are pulling the plug on @RSAConference. Our training may be delivered via @SecurityBSides"in order for OWASP to deliver training at RSA this year.I'm not keen on either of these conditions.
