If you ARE an active Project or Chapter Leader and are NOT a current paid

want to be eligible to cast a vote in the upcoming 2013 Board Election
you must submit your Honorary
Membership<https://www.owasp.org/index.php/2013_Board_Elections#Honorary_Membership>self
nomination form
*no later than September 30, 2013*.  *ALL* qualified individuals
*MUST*apply for Honorary Membership in order to vote.
