Our good friends in Accra, Ghana are starting from scratch when it comes
to information security in many ways.

They need our help.

If you have a moment, can you please drop a line to the OWASP Ghana
chapter lead, Theodore Sagoe (theodore.sagoe at owasp.org) off-list and
provide him with advice on this matter? It's a pretty significant
green-field opportunity to effect positive change.
