[Owasp-leaders] My views on Sarah's appointment

Hi all,

  I have not been involved with the top levels of OWASP very much, but from
my observation over the last few years, I think OWASP is experiencing
growing pains. Which is to say that there is more work than we have
capacity. I think that shows how successful we all have been.
   I think it's vital that we keep talking about these kinds of issues in a
way that doesn't pit us against each other but instead we think of it as
building a better mousetrap.
   I don't have the answers, but I think it's  important that we
respectfully agree or disagree and objectively think about what's best for
OWASP and the community it serves.
  Everyone I have interacted with has been wonderful and brilliant. I hope
we can retain talented employees and volunteers with such enthusiasm in the
years ahead.
