[Owasp-leaders] Your input/ help requested for EC grant project proposal?

This sounds a very interesting and worthwhile initiative.  Could you
explain what OWASP projects and project leaders might be abale to
benefit from this. And what will these organisations get:

- LSEC
- Atos (Spain),
- EII (Italy),
- ECO (Germany),
- CERT.RO (Romania),
- XLAB (Slovakia)
- University of Leuven

Who else?

For example, if OWASP leaders themselves won't receive any funding, is
the same rule applied for everyone else in the above organisations?
Xmillion is a lot to manage.
