[Owasp-leaders] Developers vs. Security Pros

I have seen developers at OWASP events, however I would agree that every
time I have seen the question asked at different chapter meetings they have
seemed to be in the minority. OWASP is known, from what I've seen, as a
computer security organisation, therefore I think attracting people working
in security is easy and expected. I'm not a developer but I guess that a
lot of developers would perhaps look and see "it's a security thing" and
not examine it any further regardless of the content. Unfortunately the
only developers who are going to be on this list who might have an opinion
on the matter aren't the ones we need to speak to!
