[Owasp-leaders] OWASP "Certification"

I see a valuable discussion topic here. What about putting that on the
agenda for some face 2 face talk?
I think, Hamburg (https://appsec.eu/chapters-workshop/) might be a good
occasion? Could we put this on the agenda?
