Hi Dennis,
Thanks for this email.
I have a Full support from the CybetnSecurity department and the Cert in
Morrocco to organize AppSec In Africa in Morocco on 2014.
What is the process to submit an official request ?
I already sent a request and until now I did not receive any answer from
the OWASP Board or AppSec organiser.

Hello Dennis,
You can Add Algeria to the list
I'm trying to make it happen for more than year but I'm having problems
first in the cordination between the chapter leaders here in Africa and
also Sponsoring problems what you have proposed will realy help in the
develpement of the OWASP Africa Community
