[Owasp-leaders] EU Cybersecurity plan to protect open internet and online freedom and opportunity

The OAS has a similar document (in a way) about cybersecurity. The OAS
Cyber Security Strategy
(http://www.oas.org/cyber/documents/resolution.pdf) and the Declaration
on "Strengthening Cyber security in the
Americas" (http://www.oas.org/cyber/documents/Declaration.pdf).
Even thought, the approach is quiet different. The OAS is more concern
about cyber terrorism and the UE is more general about cyber security,
privacy and the well use of Internet.
