I wanted to shout out to the leader list about some additions to the HIVE
project. The BeagleBone Black is NEW and has very limited CAPE technology.
I have been getting several requests from schools interested in looking at
the HIVE. Currently the prototype is running a slimmed down version of
debian wheeeeezy. I put Webgoat 5 and Webgoat 6 (beta) on them to make sure
it can handle the load and they work well with those apps. So trying to
gear this to younger crowds I started to test some demo capes. I think that
OWASP should come up with a few capes to use on the bones. Currently the
HIVE will snap a picture of you if you stare at it too long and store it in
memory. One other exsample I did was jam wifi within a certain range by
sending deauth packets and reverting everyone to use the HIVE's mind (er
router). My current project is to replace the router thats on it to
something that can use cutom roms so we can interface the bones with the
routers and watch stateful headers and such. The possiblities are just
about endless at this point! Working on a website also.

I just wanted to give you all a quick update, if you have any questions or
ideas please let me know.
