[Owasp-leaders] headertab stuff at web site changed for the worse

Additional note:
the sites are broken since the change of the <headertabs> plugin
which uses = instead of ==== for tab headers
Note that most languages and alphabets contain much more than [a-zA-Z],
hence this is a problem to all pages using national languages.
