[Owasp-leaders] Summit 2011 - Methodology for Working Sessions/Tracks.

As mentioned on the email below sent last week, we are now entering the week
where the first effort toward the consolidation of contents on the working
sessions will be done.
This will be done on a separate platform so that we can keep an historical
record of what has been added to the wiki page so far and, for that reason,
you will not see ongoing changes being made live.
It would help immensely this process if the contents now live on the page
could be kept as static as possible so that we can accurately track what
work has been, and still needs to be, done.
As previously said, the output of this effort will be made available for
comments and final suggestions in the beggining of next week.

Assunto: Summit 2011 - Methodology for Working Sessions/Tracks.
I have been asked to, with Paulo Coimbra, assume the task of consolidating
and managing the content for the Working Sessions and Tracks that will be
happening in the upcoming Summit'11. If you want to have a better idea of
what I will be doing with Paulo, please check it here -
Within this context, the plan and timings proposed are the following:
A. 12/Jan to 16/Jan - we will be receiving input from the community
regarding new and existing Working Sessions. This is to be done directly on
the Summit respective page
Please note that we need to have:
* a detailed description of the working session,
* well defined, concise and clear objectives,
* a set of working session outcomes (deliverables) that should be feasible
* a list of working session participants.
If you have already suggested/planned a Working Session or are still
thinking of setting up a new one, please make your best efforts to collect
all the information itemized above by Monday, the 16th of Jan, as this will
be the criteria for consolidating and packaging a Working Session. If we
don't have enough information or there is not enough interest from the
community the Working Session will not be formally supported. Should this be
the case, informal conversations on these issues can, obviously, take place
outside the formal Summit schedule.
B. 17/Jan to 23/Jan - No input will be received during this week as we will
be working directly on the consolidation, cleaning up and systematization of
the contents received, produced and imported from the existing layouts on
the Summit page. This process will be reviewed and discussed with Dinis on
an ongoing basis.
C. 24/Jan to 25/Jan - on the 24th, the 1st proposal of Tracks and Working
Sessions will go live and will be presented to the community. Feedback,
comments and suggestions will be received on the 24th and 25th of January.
D. 26/Jan to 29/Jan - Feedback and suggestions will be analysed and,
whenever possible, incorporated.
E. 30/Jan - A final proposal for the Working Sessions and Tracks will be
delivered to the Summit'11 team so that a final schedule can be prepared.
