Working to convince a few of my counterparts in Sri Lanka to start an
OWASP chapter. Would love to get advice on the following:

1. How can they attract speakers from outside the country to speak at
their events?
2. Has anyone in OWASP ever pitched the value proposition of an
outsourcing firm becoming members? E.g. Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, etc
3. Is getting a sponsor for pizza, etc just as easy or more difficult in
Asian countries compared to the United States?

Virtusa was recently ranked and featured in 2010 Deloitte Technology Fast 500, 2010 Global Services 100, IAOP's 2010 Global Outsourcing 100 sub-list and 2010 FinTech 100 among others.
