[Owasp-leaders] twitter link on the owasp wiki

So rather than going the ugly, privacy invading way so many other sites
that add these links, Mozilla has been pushing an alternate approach of
requiring user activation to load a sharing pane.  A good example of this
can be found on a demo page:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/demos/detail/css3-cherry-blossom-media-queries

Click the share link to see the pane.
